The Newcastle Film Festival has been taking place under various guises since 1996. This year however, new organisers had taken it over and decided to give it a bit of an overhaul and in the process asked me to do the design for the postcards, website, DVD cover and festival program - an example of which you can see to the right. The 2004 event featured independent film screenings, seminars, a pitching session where hopeful filmmakers could present their ideas to industry experts and the inaugural Newcastle Short Film Awards.
